Ikan Pari

Gulai Tumis Ikan Pari - To the unitiated, ikan pari is actually a stingray. The meat of the stingray is nice, firm, and actually quite fascinating, because it seems to follow a certain pattern, if you know what I mean. It's like, if you were to bunch up some string, and cut a cross section, yeah, like that. Not the texture, the pattern.

Nasi lemak is one of the most versatile meals that can be found in Malaysia. This simple meal can be found almost everywhere, be it in the heart of any Malaysian city or in the remotest areas of the country. It has become such a favourite amongst Malaysian that there are some who eat it at least once everyday!

The ingredients and the cooking process involved in creating this tasty meal is simple. Nasi lemak is rice cooked in coconut milk. Screwpine leaves, locally known as pandan leaves, are first washed and later added into the cooking pot to give the rice its signature fragrance. The rice is usually eaten together with anchovies fried till golden brown, crispy cucumber slices, roasted peanuts, half boiled egg and chilli paste known as sambal.

The colours of macarons are bright and there are loads of variety - a mind-boggling treasure trove of rainbows and flavours. At the moment, there are about 16 flavours are available - cassis, passionfruit, caramel, nougat, praline, framboise, rose litchi or lychee, chocolate, noix de coco (coconut), black sesame, fraise, pistachio, citron, citron vert, vanilla and etc. My favourites are the more tart ones, as the macarons can be toothachingly sweet here. The macarons are baked in house and on a daily to alternate day basis, depending on each of the flavours. Even though they are the priciest macarons around town at RM4.40++ each, these are perfectly dome shaped and smooth with chewy centres and a distinct looking "foot" at the bottom. They come in a clear plastic box, which is tied with a ribbon, making it an attractive present for friends.

Delicious Pan Mee

Pan Mee is one of the few underrated hawker dishes originated right around here in Klang Valley that has seen some revival as of late, most notably due to chili pan mee places such as the famous Kin Kin Pan Mee and Restaurant Super Kitchen.

Mango lovers

Attention mango lovers! The famous HK dessert chain Hui Lau Shan will be opening at 1 Utama Shopping Centre soon. For those who haven’t been to Hong Kong before, just let me just say that it is a very common dessert shop over there – even more common than Old Town White Coffee in Malaysia. So you could say it is one of the must ‘eats’ when visiting Hong Kong.
Seasonal items are featured frequently at Hui Lau Shan too, like this Double-Boiled Hasma with Bird Nest in Coconut. Not only it was very delicious (to be honest, even better than the mango based ones) the ingredients are good for your skin and complexion too! Even the presentation is top notch as well as you can see the coconut sits on a bed of ice cubes to keep it cool.

Is really hard to communicate with newbies in your life especially those that are elder.

You must be very polite which I am not, great people often and be sweet which I am not too. So yea those elderly of course gossip behind me. How I wish everyone is like my mum always nag for awhile then everything will be fine.

I was very upset something but then seriously i am not living with you later in life, I don't need to depend you for my own benefits and the most important thing is I don't born to cheer you up. So wtf don't talk behind of me, in front instead! Urghh! Stubborn


Malay and Indian are better than Chinese in term of pickiness. Don't you think so?

Chinese are like forever-not-satisfied LOL of course I am too.

and urghh! I lost weight again. WHY?! :(

This is life

There are so many people out there telling me: you should be grateful because you are still studying or you should be grateful because you have the chance to study. I never think of I don't get the chance the study and even I repeated my foundation twice. Why? Because of unsatisfied result and I still insisted i want to further my studies in Science field instead of changing to psychology, business or stuffs. Dad never complained to me that I wasted too much of money ( I mean he did but just once) and that weren't cheap to get a SAM certificate in Inti University College, also foundation and degree in UCSI. UCSI is like vampire, it sucks people money. The fees are increasing yearly like what the hell? Their quality is not worth for the price. But, no choice since I am here, no point to crap so much LOL

Daily expenses in UCSI are need to include, rental and the money I used to shop although I worked but once I text-ed dad, he will bank in money for me without asking anything. And sometimes, I will still showing my TOPSHOP shirt to mum haha I should be glad that I am born in this family I mean sometimes I do complain why people can have Gucci bag to carry their books, Ipad 2 to lecture class but I am still using notes and highlighters. But actually I had a lot more compared to others.

Anyway, I am so happy as my result getting better and better until it shocked me. Hope this will maintain until third year? hahah urghh! Syllabus are getting tougher and tougher, work loads are getting more and more like a mountain. I complained but babe boy said if you couldn't corp with this little work loads, how you gonna survive in third year and even when you working? I started to think wisely hmm this is correct

Dad said my English is improving. This is a very very good news. I am not showing off but last time I can't even speak a full sentence like u got pen ah? My friends laughed and teased me and till now I still remember their fucking face expression. Thank you for all those teasing, GOPINATH!

Life is full of different types and different kinds of obstacles, you might complain but after all you should start to think how to cross over them instead of stopping and give up. I grew up seriously, proud of myself =)

Those Hong Kong drama always said things that can solve with money means that is not a problem. But I think they never experience poverty before, if they did they wouldn't say this. Money is so important in today's world. Book voucher Rm200 seems quite a large number but when you spend all, the things that you bought are actually very little. That was sad. =(

Time to study, A's are coming back to me again Hooray.

I should be happy, cut down the times of complaining, smile more, don't be rude, be nice to friends and change the bad temper. Life could be beautiful isn't it? =)

Time flies time flies time flies.

Time move faster when you are hiatus.

February past and March arrived.

Syllabus are getting tougher and tougher. I almost can't breath. I know these are nothing compared with third years student. But I still want to complain. WHY YOU SO TOUGH!?

My friends asked me why you science student always study that hard and act like very busy? Study that hard, you never get A also? Why wear so ugly to class/ lab? Why always wear jeans instead of skirt or shorts? Why you all have so many pimples? Why never make up to school?

Erm first, I am not saying that marketing, mass com, IT etc are easy at the first place but for there are loads and loads of scientific names and terms need to be memorized which will make people insane =\


I don't know why I studied so hard but can't get much As also LOL too stupid. Shorts are not allowed to get into lab so jeans and lab coat are required. Tied up the hair no fringe allowed too sometimes. But I had fun hahaha haiya i don't know why I crap a lot. * No offence kay?*

My wishlist

Oops please forgive me for abandoned my blog for few months. I know that's quite a long time. So, now is time to update. Time flies, I completed my first year with lotsa of fun and also tears. Academic result getting lousier and lousier. Loads of As flied because of careless mistakes and last minute preparation. I wish I could get more and more prettier results for my second year.

Experiences made me tougher and I grew more mature. Think wisely before making a decision is important.


My biggest wish is I really do hope my English can improve faster. I need fluent English and even more better vocabulary. I did tried hard, so please God help me to improve my English even more more more better.

Quite alot of people around getting married this year. Happy wedding, my friends. Hope you enjoy your days with your loved. Remember to appreciate every single day you spend with beloved. I am still waiting for invitation to be bridesmaid. As you know, those friends are not really close/ good friend =\

I got my coach wrestles as I wanted for so long thus this will be kicked off from the wishlist.

1. A camera

    Spotted this Canon S 90, the photos taken are pretty and clear but this camera cost RM1500. So I gave            up, too expensive for me  =\

2. An Iphone/ Samsung Galaxy

    People tend to hate Galaxy Note because it is too big. But because I am using x 10 Mini Pro now, it is so   small so I want to be extreme, a very small and a very big =D
